PREEA held its first meeting of the 2006-2007 Executive Board at the Brookings Institute. On hand to speak was Dr. Clifford Gaddy a Senior Fellow at Brookings and an expert on the Russian Economy. Board members discussed PREEA's vision and strategy while beginning planning for the November congress.
